District 13 Training Questionnaire
District 13 believes that training our members is paramount in building solidarity and creating union activism. Below is a training questionnaire for interested members in District 13 to fill out. The information we receive will give us an indication of what your training needs are and where we need to focus our training first.

To enable us to carry out this training where the demand is greatest, we are requesting that locals or members complete the form below. This does not obligate a local or a member on attending a course but just reflects their interest. We will contact you when we have enough participants to conduct the course (s) that you indicate.
