	USW Western New York Legislative and Education Committee Attends Introduction of Buy American Provision

The USW Western New York Legislative and Education Committee held a press conference with 58th District State Senator William Stachowski on the Introduction of the Governor’s program Bill S4085.

Steelworker legislative and Rapid Response representatives from various local unions throughout Western New York were present to show their support for the Introduction of the Buy American Provision as the 3rd major part of the Governor’s program bill. The Buy American provision specifically section 5 and 6 is a major part of the bill.
