The World Rubber Conference was held in Sao Paulo, Brazil from Oct. 26 - 28, 2002.

At the conference, John Sellers, Executive Vice President of the Rubber/Plastics Industry Conference for the United Steelworkers gave the North American Report entitled "Building for the Future."
