SOAR is Growing

In the last eighteen months SOAR dues paying memberships have grown by over 17,000. A total of seventeen new SOAR chapters have been chartered and several more are close to completion. Districts Nine and Eight have led the way in chartering new SOAR chapters. At the International SOAR Conference two SOAR coordinators were honored for their achievements in organizing new chapters.

Tom Hylemon, Chapter president, District 9 coordinator, and champion organizer, accepts the "Coordinator of the Year" award from SOAR President Lynn Williams.

Ken Stevens, of District 8, receives the runner up "Coordinator of the Year" award from President Lynn Williams.
