The Bill was introduced by Senator Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) and Congressman Mike Michaud (D-Maine)
The bill requires a comprehensive review of existing trade agreements prior to any future negotiations or congressional consideration of pending agreements and presents a progressive vision of what a good trade agreement must and must not include and a process of reviewing and renegotiating existing trade agreements.
