Online Training - Lessons Learned (CAP)

The purpose of these Lessons Learned is to share information gained from incident investigations by conducting small group activities.

If you have any questions, please contact the Lessons Learned grant administrator.

Those conducting training under the United Steelworkers Tony Mazzocchi Center for Health and Safety Education may download these modules.  They are in the Adobe format (.pdf).  We request that you complete a Training Program Report for each course you present. Please have each participant sign the Sign-In Sheet and fill out an Attendance Form.
