National Oil Bargaining Update - January 27, 2009

We are making some progress, but it is slow going. I am meeting with the industry today for negotiations, and we will bargain every day until an agreement is reached on a new pattern settlement. The National Oil Bargaining agreement expires Sunday, Feb. 1 at 12:01 a.m.  We are optimistic that a fair contract can be reached for all concerned.
