We, the employees of the Dick’s Sporting Goods distribution center in Smithton, Pa., invite you to join the Dick’s Employee Council and become part of a growing, active group that is looking to make positive changes in our workplace!

Joining the Council is easy and now you can do it from the privacy of your own home. Simply print out our downloadable application, fill it out and mail it in. Your information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with Dick’s management.

Once the initial dues payment is received, you will receive your membership kit which includes an associate member card and Union Plus benefit information.
